How soon will my hat(s) be shipped?

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing. If there is a significant delay, we will make sure to notify you by email. You should receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email, please let us know and we will happily resend it.

What if my item is damaged?

Kadono is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. If your order is damaged or lost, please let us know, and we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier. Please keep all packing materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will provide a prompt and full refund.

Kadono is not responsible for any customs, fees (tariffs, taxes etc.) imposed during or after shipping.

For international returns and refunds, we are only responsible for the cost of the goods purchased, not the shipment costs or any other fees incurred related to shipment.
